Felix is a software engineer at Dryft, where he builds across the stack with a focus on world-class UI/UX, scalable systems, and developer experience. He works on creating the technical foundations that enable teams to move fast and build high-quality products — from intuitive interfaces to reliable backend services.

Before joining Dryft, he gained extensive experience in early-stage startups and scale-ups, taking on roles spanning senior engineering, technical leadership, and architecture. He has consistently focused on enabling teams through strong technical foundations, shaping how products are built by improving tooling, systems, and engineering practices. A significant part of his work has been in the supply chain space, where he developed a deep understanding of complex operational workflows and how to translate them into effective software systems.

Across his career, he has gravitated toward high-leverage work that amplifies the impact of entire organizations — whether by improving development velocity, raising the bar for product quality, or bridging the gap between design and engineering.

Outside of engineering, he brings the same intensity to everything he does — whether it’s training in calisthenics, HYROX, and bouldering, or pushing himself as a former top-level ski instructor. He hosts large dinner parties, experiments with specialty coffee, and is currently deep into reading The Wheel of Time.
