Maxime started on the manufacturing side at Audi at the age of 18. His first project was a Python automation for logistics planning that saved €70K in personnel costs a year.

He later joined Audi's Chief Production Office, helping define the data and AI strategy for logistics across more than 100 systems, and deepened that expertise at Volkswagen and Porsche. At BCG, he built AI systems for clients, including churn prediction models with more than €150M in business impact.

Maxime studied Artificial Intelligence at Imperial College London and Information Systems and Data Science at DHBW Heilbronn, where he graduated top of his class with scholarships from the DAAD and the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes.
