Sophie grew up in Zurich, Switzerland, and has worked on three continents.

Before Dryft, she built across product, AI, and operations. She began her career at Sennheiser in China, gaining early exposure to manufacturing. While studying at the University of St. Gallen, she went on to lead one of Europe’s largest initiatives for entrepreneurship and technology, where she was named one of the “100 most important people in digital Switzerland.”

She then joined a fast-growing company in Berlin, where she was part of scaling the organization from 5 to 140 people. Returning to Zurich, she joined an AI lab as a first employee, developing an atmospheric model to optimize energy markets.

Sophie holds a BA from the University of St. Gallen and an MBA from the University of Oxford, where she was awarded the Oxford Said Foundation’s highest annual scholarship.

Sophie combines strong product intuition with deep customer understanding and knows when to move fast and when to get the details right. She is endlessly curious and drawn to places off the beaten path: Sophie crossed the Namib Desert on horseback, sailed across oceans, is a Swiss Sailing Champion, and jumps on a kitesurfing board every chance she gets.
