Florian works closely with our CEO as Founder's Associate.

Before joining Dryft, Florian built experience across AI, strategy, and growth at some of Europe's fastest-growing technology companies. Most recently, he worked in the CEO Office at Parloa, one of Europe's leading enterprise AI companies, where he drove strategic initiatives across the business. Prior to that, he helped launch a partner platform at energy startup Ecoplanet, and advised global companies in strategy consulting.

At Dryft, Florian works across product, go-to-market, and operations, partnering closely with the founders to tackle the company's highest-priority initiatives. He turns ambiguous situations into clearly exacutable steps like hardly anyone else.

Florian studied the globally leading Master's in Management at the University of St. Gallen and spent a semester at Columbia Business School in New York. Previously, he graduated at the top of his class from the University of Goettingen with the highest score in more than 20 years.

Outside of work, Florian enjoys football, fitness, and reading, and previously played drums in a band.
