Liudvikas Zekas
Software Engineer
Liudvikas did not wait for the classroom to get into software entry. At the age of 12 he started coding custom viruses to prank his friends. Growing up he always wanted to decompose systems, understand how they work and put them back together.
He built a hyper-casual mobile game from scratch, launched it on both iOS and Android, and reached over 2,000 downloads. That problem-solving ability also landed him in the finals of the Bundeswettbewerb Informatik, ranking among the top 22 young computer science talents in Germany.
His industry experience started at SAP, where he focused on frontend work for strategic platform projects. At Trade Republic, he designed infrastructure handling millions of workflows a month, embedded business analytics, and built a testing framework to safeguard platform reliability. He owned the integration of multiple services to automate manual processes, eliminating thousands of physical letters every month.
At Dryft, Liudvikas works on core software engineering, tackling complex logic and heavy data. He studied Computer Science at Hasso Plattner Institute.
Outside of work, he pursues his passion for basketball and when he's not playing, you'll find him hunting for unique vintage clothing (he even engineered a platform for a second-hand clothing startup).
