Paulina works closely with AJ on product and special projects.

She grew up in a mechanical engineering family and was exposed early on to manufacturing environments and ERP rollouts at a major automaker.

Before joining Dryft, Paulina worked with machinery manufacturers at McKinsey and has startup and VC experience. In Mannheim, she led a 100-person team at thinc!, Germany’s largest student initiative for startups.

She is currently completing her double degree at Peking University (PKU) and University of Mannheim, where her thesis focuses on human–AI collaboration using interpretable algorithms. She is a scholar of Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes and DAAD, and a recipient of PKU’s highest endowed prize.

In her freetime, Paulina enjoys hiking in the mountains, running with a good podcast, and hosting cozy game nights with friends.
